Ok guys, after many days traveling around (Akron, London, Johnnesburg...) I finally made it! I am in Mozambique!!! Well I am in Maputo though. On Thrusday I will go to Beira and kindda stay around couple more days, I believe I am going to Machanga only in September so I will have little more time to enjoy the country. I mean, of course I will enjoy the center and the girls who I will be working with but there it will be work and right now is very relaxing even having the orientations here and there and everywhere...
Today I met MCC's staff here in Maputo and we had some introductions and prayers and few songs too, a small worship thing. We also started the orientation with Jenny, it was more like a talk, it was nice but I realized I AM SO OLD!!! The girl I will be replacing is almost 10 years younger than me... Gosh! How will that be... well I guess I will have to wait and see. I also went to a "sorveteria" today, it was a nice walk and I had a very good cappuccino and not so good ice-cream. lol
Oh well, so far so good ;0)
